The ingredients are:
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
1/2 carrot, roughly chopped
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Juice and zest of one lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – [get it here]
