This vegan recipe wins every which way – it has a bunch of awesome ingredients, spices, and several grain flours, including one which I had never heard of – red rice! Turns out red rice is a nutritious grain originating in Bhutan, thus also called Bhutan or Himalayan rice. What a rich world this is! You can get red rice from online stores, maybe also at Whole Foods etc. We will be sure to add Red Rice to the foods on FoodSniffr too.
